What is NewsTab?
NewsTab is a visual news reader. A single place to read and share the news you care about from publishers you love. Simply find and follow news topics, publications and blogs in over 130 different regions. NewsTab allows you to easily stay informed by retrieving the latest content from the sites you are interested in. It lets you organize news feeds that you find interesting in the different sections, with the possibility to connect your Twitter account and to follow specific user or hashtag, and the most important to read whenever you have time (read later or archive).
What’s unique about NewsTab?
NewsTab’s uniqueness is reflected in bridging the gap between RSS readers like Feedly (flexibility to organize, follow and browse any feed, but with productivity oriented “inbox” experience and outdated UI) and modern news aggregators like Flipboard that offer beautiful and intuitive experience, but lack the flexibility to follow and organize any RSS feed (such as local news sites and blogs).
Can I follow any news source on NewsTab?
Yes. You can easily follow RSS feeds found in our feed database, you can import any RSS feed or simply you can use Twitter feeds. You can search and follow feeds by hashtag (such as “#tech”, “space”, etc). You can easily create a Google Alert to follow all RSS news by terms which you can define.

What is a Section?
Section is a collection of feeds. With amazing design, fun and easy for use, it is created just for you in manner to get best of feeds for your search. On the NewsTab, there are predefined sections like Technology, Design, Shopping, Science, Parenting, etc. and you can also add section, defined section name, and link to the publishers which you prefer. To help you stay informed on the best way, NewsTab is using most relevant articles from Google News for your search.
What is a Feed?
Feed is a list of frequently updated content on a website. You can get the latest information in one place, as soon as it’s published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from.
What are “Best of” feeds?
“Best of” feeds is selection of feeds from Google News with largest number of source covering. This means that under “Best of” feeds are the most popular feeds in the real time.
How do I add new Section?
To add new Section, click on “+” Add Content button on the Dashboard, and then click “New Section”.
How do I add new Feed?
To add new Feed, click on “+” Add Content button on the Dashboard, and then click “New Feed”. Search your feed by publisher, domain, topic or select a feed from Popular, Local or Topics. When you finished, click “+” add button, and that’s it.
How do I import an RSS feed?
To import an RSS feed, click on “+” Add Content button on the Dashboard, then click “New Feed” and select “Custom”. Enter RSS url for your feed in field “ENTER RSS URL”. In case that you have problem with this, please read “How to find RSS URLs” on the same page.
How do I create a Google Alert on NewsTab?
To create a Google Alert on NewsTab, you need to click on “+” Add Content button on the Dashboard, then click on “New Feed”, select “Topics” and click on “+” Create Google Alert. Search any topic by terms which you define (separate by comma), choose region (it is possible to select different region from yours) and then click “Create”. Another way is to click on “+” Add Content button on the Dashboard, then click on “New Feed”, select “Custom”, and select “Create Google Alert”
How do I follow a Google Alert on NewsTab?
To follow a Google Alert on NewsTab, after you created Google Alert, you can add feed by choosing defined section, or you can follow feed in new section by clicking on “+” Add Section.
How do I follow Twitter feeds on NewsTab?
Web: To follow Twitter feeds on NewsTab, click on “+” Add Content button on
the Dashboard, select “Accounts”, then click on Twitter, and connect with your Twitter account.
Mobile: To follow Twitter feeds on NewsTab, click on button on the Dashboard (left corner),
then click on your profile photo and then click on “Social Account” to connect with your Twitter account
How do I find local feeds?
Web: To find local feeds, click on “+” Add Content button on the Dashboard,
then click “Feeds”, and click “Local”. Under “Local” will be presented
all feeds of local publishers from your region.
Mobile: To find local feeds, click on “+” Add Content button on the Dashboard,
then click “New Feed” and select “Local Publishers - Your country”. Under “Local”
will be presented all feeds of local publishers from your region.

You can search feeds on any language from over 130 regions.
Which regions does NewsTab support?
Web: NewsTab does support over 130 different regions worldwide. To select specific region, click on
Settings button on the right corner, under Appearance & Settings, search and choose region by “Search region”.
What is important with regions, is that you in any moment can select different region when search feeds, differently from region
which you select like yours, and this information will be applied on results for your local feeds. You can make several different
sections, and for each one select feeds from different region.

Managing Sections and Feeds?
Web: To manage section click on the little arrow on the right side for specific section. Slide menu with
following options will be shown: edit, remove, move to, copy to and properties (feed displayed name, feed domain, feed url).
Mobile: To manage section, click on sign on the right corner (next to “+”), then select
“Manage Section”. Under “Manage Section”, you can easily edit section title, remove
section or manage section feeds. To manage feed, click on sign on the right corner (next to “+”), then select
“Manage Feed”. Under “Manage Feed”, you can easily edit feed title, remove feed or show feed
details (feed displayed name, feed domain, feed url).
How can I save news to read later or archive?
To save and tag news to read later or archive, click on “Pin” sign next to your specific feed.
Where can I find my pins?
Web: To find all pinned feeds, click on “Pinned” button next to the Home button on the Dashboard.
Mobile: To find all pinned feeds, click on “Settings” button on the left side, and then click on
“Pinned” button. Anything you pin shows up here and is searchable from the search bar at the top.
How do I sign out of NewsTab?
Web: To sign out, click on the button with your profile picture (next to the Settings button
on the right corner), and click Sign Out.
Mobile: To sign out, click on the “Settings” button on the left corner, then click on the button
with your profile picture, and click Sign Out.
How do I delete my NewsTab account?
Web: To delete your NewsTab account, click on the Account Settings (next to the
Settings button on the right corner, under button where is your profile picture), click
Delete Account and follow instructions.
Mobile: To delete your NewsTab account, click on the “Settings” button on the left corner,
then click on the button with your profile picture, click Delete Account and follow instructions.
